Buro Seating - Guarantee Terms & Conditions (Australia)
Guarantee Definition
Selected Buro branded chairs are
guaranteed for 1, 6 or 10 years to the original purchaser against faulty
manufacture. This excludes the upholstery material and fair wear and tear. The
guarantee is subject to the chair being used for its designed purpose.
Our goods come
with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you would like to make a claim under the Buro Guarantee
please follow the steps below.
Requirements for making a Guarantee Claim:
You must be able to:
1. Prove you are the original purchaser
2. Provide proof of purchase from an
authorised KAB dealer (original receipt)
3. Prove that the damage/failure is not
through mis-use or neglect
